In this beginner level workshop we will explore the seven major chakras, touch on the eighth, and visualize a balanced set within ourselves. We’ll use seed sounds to open our chakras and discuss other ways to open or expand each, such as fragrance, stone healing, proper foods and more. The group will practice a yoga pose or two for each chakra, progress through a sequence for all seven, and then have a brief meditative shavasana together. A little grounding tea will finish up the workshop. Leave with a take-home goodie bag.
