Photography students with some experience are invited to learn how to shoot better DSLR photos and explore the transformational effects of using digital software. Lightroom is a photo managing and processing software package created by Adobe by photographers, for photographers. In this workshop, you will get the opportunity to work with the software and explore how changes in exposure, tone, color, and more can transform your images.
Participants should bring a DSLR camera, a memory card, and a laptop computer with access to Adobe Lightroom. If you do not own a copy of the software, you can download a free trial version from the Adobe website before the class begins: Download Adobe Lightroom Trial (https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/lightroom?promoid=KSPGB) It is recommended that you do not run the free downloaded application until the first day of class so that you will have 30 calendar days to use the software with your class.
